Education Qualification
Educational Qualification to apply for the post of Assistant, Clerk in Civil Court in Jharkhand State:
Graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized university. Along with that candidates should have computer operating skills.
Age Limit
- For Un reserved and EWS should be between 21 to 35 years.
- Maximum age for OBC I & II should be 37 years.
- 38 years for women (UR, EWS, OBC I & II).
- 40 years of Female / Male (SC, ST).
- Besides PwDs 10 years relaxation, ex-servicemen 5 years relaxation.

Jharkhand Civil Court Assistant, Clerk Job Salary: pay Matrix level 4 (In 7th pay commission). ₹25500 – ₹81100 per month.
Exam Syllabus & Pattern in Jharkhand Civil Court Assistant Recruitment 2024
- In order to get the job of assistant, clerk in civil coat, first all the candidates have to give written test. After passing the written test, those candidates will be interviewed.
- Finally, the final merit list will be published based on the marks obtained in written test and interview. Then the candidates who pass the medical test and document verification will be recruited.
Application Fee for Jharkhand Civil Court Assistant Recruitment 2024
- Application fee for Un Reserved, EWS, OBC 1, OBC 2 is Rs.500.
- Application fee for SC and ST is Rs.125. (No application fee for PWDs)
- Application fee can be paid online through debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking.
Steps to Apply for Jharkhand Civil Court Assistant Recruitment 2024
- Every candidate must read the official notification in detail to apply for the post of Assistant, Clerk in Civil Court.
- To apply candidate first visit Jharkhand High Court official website www.jharkhandhighcourt.nic.in.
- Then go to recruitment option and register every candidate. To register, you have to create a password with the name of the candidate, Aadhaar card number, email ID, mobile number. Then save it after registering.
- Then login with the main application and enter all the information including date of birth, father’s name, residence, marks obtained in the examination and save and next.
- Then upload your new color photo (10 kb – 50 kb), Signature in black ink (10 kb – 50 kb). Then upload all your exam degrees (100 kb – 200 kb).
- In this case, the candidates have to upload their Madhyamik pass (Matriculation), Graduation degree, Diploma in Computer Application (DCA), along with Caste, Residential, EWS etc. (for whom applicable).
- Then go to the payment section and submit the application fee online. Application fee for all except SC and ST is Rs.500. SC and ST have to pay application fee of Rs.125.
- Then submit all your details and download a copy of your application.
