OSSC CHS (10+2) level recruitment 2024: As per notification of OSSC under Government of Odisha, recruitment process of CHS or equivalent has started in various departments of the state. Eligible candidates who wish to apply should visit the OSSC website www.ossc.gov.in and select CHSL (10+2) and complete the application. Those who want to apply for this post should apply quickly without waiting for the last days. Application process will continue till 27.05.2024.

Eligibility Criteria for OSSC CHS (10+2) level recruitment 2024

Following are the eligibility criteria required to get a job in these vacancies:

Education Qualification

  • For the post of Caretaker: 10+2 level
  • For Ayurvedic/Homiopathic/Unani assistant posts: +2 science or equivalent exam.
  • Junior Fisheries Technical Assistant পদের জন্য: +2 vocational fisheries OR+2 science qualification.
  • For the post of Amin: +2 Arts/Science/Commerce OR other qualification.

Age Limit

Age limit for the post of Caretaker/Junior Fisheries/Amin is between 21 years to 38 years.

Age limit for Ayurvedic/Homiopathic/Unani assistant post is between 18 years to 38 years.

SEBC, SC, ST, Women have 5 years relaxation, PWD 10 years.

Other Information

Candidates for the post of Junior Fisheries Technical Assistant must know swimming.

Salary Details in OSSC CHS (10+2) level recruitment 2024

Caretaker post salary level 9 (cell 1) orsp (RS 36400 – RS 112400)

For all other posts pay level 3 (cell 1) orsp (RS 18000 – RS 56900)

Exam Syllabus & Pattern in OSSC CHS (10+2) level recruitment 2024

Exam pattern

Selection of candidates will be done in three phases.

  • Firstly, Preliminary exam (MCQ type questions, 150 marks, 0.25 for wrong answer)
  • Then Main Exam will be (Technical paper) different technical questions will come for different.
  • Finally the final merit list will be published after certificate verification.

Steps to Apply for OSSC CHS (10+2) level recruitment 2024

  • To apply, candidates first read the official notification in detail.
  • First go online to www.ossc.gov.in. Click apply online there and create user ID and password by registering with email and mobile number.
  • Go to the main application and save all the information including the candidate’s name, identity card, date of birth, ID card.
  • Then scan your new color photo (20 kb-100 kb) Signature, left / right thumb impression. Also upload all documents in pdf format (100kb-500kb).
  • As there is no application fee, submit the application after checking the complete details twice and keep the print out as proof of application. Read the notification in detail for specific details.
