Eligibility Criteria for UPSSSC Junior Food Analyst Recruitment 2024
Following are the eligibility criteria required to get a job in these vacancies:
Education Qualification
Educational qualification for applying for the post of Junior Analyst Food: Master’s degree in Chemistry / Bio Chemistry / Micro Biology / Dairy chemistry / Food Technology / Food and Nutrition From recognized University
Or Graduate degree in Veterinary science or similar degree from a university
Apart from having the educational qualification every candidate has to clear the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2023 exam.
Age Limit
Application age for Junior Food Analyst post should be between 21 years to 40 years.
There is age relaxation for other reserved classes including SC, ST as per government rules.
Other Information
Candidates will be selected for Junior Analyst Food’s Main Exam based on Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2023 Result. If a candidate gets zero or negative marks in PET exam, then he/she will not appear in Main exam.

Application Fee for UPSSSC Junior Food Analyst Recruitment 2024
As per notification of UPSSSC application process fee for all candidates is Rs.25. Application fee can be submitted online only through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, SBI e-Chalan.
Candidates selected for main exam have to submit the application fee for the second time before downloading the admit card for the main exam.
Steps to Apply for UPSSSC Junior Food Analyst Recruitment 2024
- Candidates must first visit UPSSSC website www.upsssc.gov.in to apply for the post of Junior Food Analyst.
- Before applying, download the below commission notification and read it in detail.
- Then the candidate has to login with personal information or mobile number along with PET registration number.
- This time, in filling the original application form, all information such as name, date of birth, identity, email etc. given in the PET test can be seen in advance.
- Then give the Board, University Name, Year, Roll Number which will be asked and Enter Verification Code below.
- Candidate’s photo and signature will be uploaded beforehand. Now go to the payment section and submit the application fee online.
- Finally check all the information and submit it and print a copy as proof of application.
