Toppers and Their Scores
- Chandrachur Sen secured the top rank with an impressive score of 693 marks, which translates to a remarkable 99%.
- Following closely behind is Shyamapriya Guru, who attained 692 marks (98.86%), earning the second rank.
- The third position is shared by three candidates: Udayan Prasad, Pushpita Basuri, and Nairit Ranjan Paul, all scoring 691 marks.
District-wise Toppers
- Kalimpong district has topped the WB Madhyamik 2024 with an overall pass percentage of 96.2%.
- Other notable districts include:
- East Midnapore with 95.4% pass rate.
- Kolkata with 91.6% pass rate.
Exam Statistics
- Approximately 1.18 lakh students achieved the coveted first division, representing 12.98% of the total candidates.
- The overall pass rate stands at 86.31%, with 7.6 lakh students successfully clearing the examination.
